Return Policy

 

Return policy for items purchased directly from New Form Building Systems.  We do not accept return of product purchased from other locations.

 

Product returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customer is responsible for returning items to New Form Building Systems at its warehouse location at 90 Heritage Park Rd., Suite 2, Bucksport, Maine.

 

Refunds are available only on the purchase price of the item and not for shipping costs.

 

1)      Returns made within 14 days of purchase and/or delivery:

a.       All refunds are charged $10 refund cost charge.

b.      A 15% refund/restocking fee charged on all product returned in excellent condition.

c.       Products returned in saleable, but less than excellent condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

 

2)      Products returned within 30 days of purchase and/or delivery:

a.       Products in saleable condition without wear and tear and minimal UV damage will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  All other products if deemed saleable will be charged a 40% restocking fee.

b.      All refunds will be charged a $10 refund fee.

 

3)      Products returned after 30 days of purchase and/or delivery:

a.       Products in saleable condition will be charged a 40% restocking fee.  Products must be deemed saleable with minimal handling damage and minimal UV damage.

b.      All refunds will be charged a $10 refund fee.

 

4)      No product returns will be accepted after 60 days from purchase and/or delivery
